Technical Assistance and Consultation

Together with the Center for the Educational Improvement and the Coalition for the Future of Education, I provide real-world strategies to help elementary and secondary teachers, principals, school psychologists, and other school staff members lessen stress and the signs of burnout, anxiety, depression, including the vicarious trauma that many educators experience during the COVID period, and inform them about the importance of teacher self-care during pandemics.

I help schools, districts, and other organizations with visioning.

Hundreds of workshops with diverse teams of educators have been organised, managed, and conducted by me. I also have expertise in managing professional development and research for national organisations, which ultimately affects the future of education. On a 5-point Likert scale, we typically earn scores between 4.5 and 5.0, which reflects our active and hands-on approach.

Kathleen Sciarappa, EdDDrr. Christine Mason was a valuable outside partner in several capacities for the International Studies Academy at Lincoln-West High School. I would recommend her to any school district or building that is willing to receive an honest assessment of the teaching and learning taking place in their classroom for the better future of schools."
